How to Hide Likes on Your Posts

You can hide the like count for both new and existing Instagram posts.

For a New Post

1. When creating a new post, tap Advanced Settings (found on the final screen before posting).
2. Turn on Hide Like and View Counts on This Post.

From now on, the likes and view counts for that specific post will be hidden.

Notes:

• You cannot set this option as the default for all future posts.
• If you change your mind, you can always unhide likes later (explained below).

For an Existing Post

1. Go to your profile and locate the post you want to edit.
2. Open the post and tap the three dots at the top right:
• iPhone: Tap the three horizontal dots.
• Android: Tap the three vertical dots.
3. Select Hide Like Count.

• You can still see the total like count on your post, but it will be hidden from others.
